Required Documents:

  1. Application on Specific Form.
  2.  Trade License.
  3. 2 (Two) copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association with Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms. (One copy attested by RJSC and another original copy signed by all Directors; if limited company)
  4. Registration Certificate and Recommendation from Board of Investment (BOI)/ BSCIC.
  5. Certified copy of property statement of all Directors/owner issued by Income Tax Department (Form-IT-10B).
  6. Fire License (updated)
  7. VAT registration Certificate
  8. Membership Certificate of related Association.
  9. Declaration of Bank solvency by the lien Bank.
  10. Boiler Certificate (if needed)
  11. (a) Import documents of Machineries (Invoice & B/E)
    (b) If machinery purchased from local market attach VAT-11 or attested copy of other documents.
  12. 2 (two) drawings on ammonia print of proposed bonded warehouse certified by the Engineer.
  13. 1 (one) Proof of Own property or rented house, certified by Notary Public.
  14. Declaration on non-judicial stamp of Tk. 150 about following the concerned laws, rules and regulations.
  15. A certified copy by the lien bank that the Applicant has financial capacity to execute a bond.
  16. Main copy of Treasury Chalan for Tk. 50,000.00 as License fees
  17. Non-judicial stamp of Tk. 2000.00 for General Bond.
